Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in HR databases and systems.
  • Managing the HR mailbox to ensure timely response to colleague queries, with referral to the team when necessary.
  • Processing new starter onboarding paperwork, including employment contracts, and uploading new starters to HR systems.
  • Providing first-line advice and guidance on HR queries, while referring complex matters to senior staff members.
