Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Industrialisation Human Capital Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Human Capital and Education (HC&E) team, with a primary focus on manufacturing in the Turkey market. Key responsibilities include overseeing HC&E Industrialisation projects through collaboration and direction of virtual teams for the Turkey market and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to use initiative and creativity to overcome complex problems, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £54,793+.
