Company Overview: As an experienced teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students in Year 4/5. This role involves creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, evaluating student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents.

Salary: £130-£160 per day

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of Year 4/5 students.
  • Evaluate and assess student progress to provide constructive feedback and support their development.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success and address any concerns.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
  • Experience teaching Year 4/5 students
  • Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs
  • Proficient in using educational technology
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
