Dedicated Teaching Assistant for Early Years Education

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for Early Years Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young children. You will work closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons, and provide support and guidance to children in their early educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teaching staff in planning and preparing lessons for young children.
• Provide support and guidance to children during lessons and activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience working with young children (0-5 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and establish positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
