Job Description
  • You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development, engagement, and exit, in accordance with the Roq Way.
  • This role also involves developing and implementing initiatives that foster outstanding employee engagement and support business growth.
  • You will work collaboratively with the wider business to forecast future workforce needs and implement strategies for recruitment, talent development, and upskilling.
