As a leading homebuilder in the UK, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality homes to our customers. We are now looking for a talented HR Advisor to join our HR and L&D team in Chorley.

The HR Advisor will play a vital role in supporting the HR Partner with day-to-day HR responsibilities, including recruitment, absence management, and HR metrics.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, advertising roles, and managing applications.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring data compliance, and providing HR metrics.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
