Job Overview:
BAE Systems is seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve shaping and coordinating the careers of our Apprentice, Graduate, Industrial Placement, Internship, and Direct Entry Early Careers community.

In this role, you will lead on all activities within the end-to-end Early Careers cycle – from attraction strategy, through to individuals exiting their respective Early Careers schemes into full-time professional roles alongside the ECRT and EC&S teams in shared services.

The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. A degree or equivalent level qualification in a business or education-related subject is also required.

As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for supporting promotional events aimed at attracting Early Careers talent into the business, coordinating interviews, and ensuring that roles are tailored and suited to support each individual's development needs.

You will also work closely with experienced people representatives within the business to understand and satisfy Early Careers resource demand, engage with line managers to ensure appropriate placement opportunities are available, and provide pastoral, well-being, and coaching support to the Early Careers community.
