Job Title: Strategic Land Acquisition Specialist

The Carrington West team is seeking an experienced Strategic Land Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic team in Lancashire. This role offers a challenging opportunity for a professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in strategic land planning, either from a Local Planning Authority (LPA) or private sector background. The ideal candidate will have a passion for land acquisition, development planning, and contributing to large-scale projects across the North West, North East, and Cumbria regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and securing strategic land opportunities for development.
  • Support the land team in managing and progressing planning applications.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive the strategic land acquisition process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external parties, including local authorities and landowners.
  • Undertake site appraisals and feasibility assessments.
  • Ensure projects adhere to planning regulations and timelines.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum. The salary range takes into account the location, industry standards, and the required skills and qualifications.
