We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Land Manager to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our strategic land team, you will be responsible for delivering key development projects and shaping the planning process for significant sites across the north of England and southern Scotland.

In this role, you will work closely with senior planners and internal teams to achieve development goals, preparing and implementing planning strategies for portfolio sites. Your role will involve preparing planning applications, promoting land through Local Plans, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful site delivery.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment
