Senior Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Urban Planning Specialist to lead their development projects in the north of England and southern Scotland. The ideal candidate will have strong planning skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for designated land sites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote land through the Local Plan process.
- Provide critical analysis and research to support the planning process.
- Travel to site visits and meetings across the north of England and southern Scotland as required.
- At least 2 years of experience in housing planning.
- A degree accredited by the RTPI in planning or a related field.
- A valid driver's license.
- A competitive salary package (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum).
