As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager at BAE Systems, you will have the opportunity to shape and coordinate the careers of our Apprentice, Graduate, Industrial Placement, Internship, and Direct Entry Early Careers community.

This exciting opportunity involves leading on all activities within the end-to-end Early Careers cycle – from attraction strategy, through to individuals exiting their respective Early Careers schemes into full-time professional roles alongside the ECRT and EC&S teams in shared services.

You will work closely with experienced people representatives within the business to understand and satisfy Early Careers resource demand, engage with line managers to ensure appropriate placement opportunities are available, and provide pastoral, well-being, and coaching support to the Early Careers community.
