About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Learning Lead to join our team at BAE Systems. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and influencing the learning, development, and career journeys of our Early Career Community.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring a strong foundation and great start to a successful career for our Early Career members. You will work closely with our ECRT and EC&S teams to identify and address any issues that may impact the success of our Early Careers initiatives.

A strong understanding of business operations and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels is essential for this role. Additionally, experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

As a Business Development and Learning Lead, you will be responsible for working with our HR and L&D teams to develop and implement strategies that support the growth and development of our Early Career Community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization. They will also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
