Talent Acquisition Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. The role involves providing support to the HRBP and wider HR teams with first-line HR queries.
About the JobThe role is fast-paced and requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will work closely with the HRBP, General Managers, and senior leadership teams to ensure the day-to-day management and support are available to employees on-site.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure the business operates safely and consistently.
- Provide support on HR projects and tasks.
- Screen and recommend candidates for shortlisting.
- Develop an understanding of blue-collar and white-collar recruitment trends.
We need someone who is proactive, resilient, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. A Level 3 CIPD qualification is required, and preference will be given to candidates who are degree educated.
Compensation PackageThe salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
