About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Human Capital Management to join our Leadership Team at ROQ. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth while ensuring a people-first culture.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a dynamic and influential leader with a passion for creating a positive work environment. They will lead the People Team, driving employee engagement and fostering a supportive culture.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in leading People Teams, with a focus on driving employee happiness and well-being. They will develop and implement initiatives that foster outstanding employee engagement and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide leadership and vision for the People Team, driving alignment with business strategy and the delivery of the employee promise.
  2. Lead by example in driving employee engagement and maintain Roq's status as an employer of choice.
  3. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and exit.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, talent development, and upskilling to meet client requirements.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of employee lifecycle management and experience in implementing effective engagement, retention, and development strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
  • Thought leadership in employee engagement and HR best practices, demonstrated through writing, speaking engagements, or participation in industry events.
