Office Coordinator Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Clerical Officer to join our team in the Northern Ireland Health service.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to management teams, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
You will also be expected to effectively liaise with patients, clients, members of the public and Trust colleagues to ensure an accurate, smooth running and comprehensive service.
The successful candidate will have at least 6-12 months relevant experience within a Clerical or Administration capacity and strong organisational & time management skills.
