Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Receptionist to join our client's team in Newry. As a key member of the office team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming reception experience to visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
  • You will manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the relevant departments as necessary.
  • You will schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining an up-to-date calendar.
  • You will handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • You will maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
  • You will assist with ad hoc duties to support the wider office team as required.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
