Office Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Morton Distribution Services Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and financial functions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial transactions efficiently, handling VAT compliance, and conducting credit control for supplier invoices and client accounts. They will also possess strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Operations Coordinator
Manage financial transactions efficiently using Xero Accounting Software
Handle VAT compliance and processing accurately
Conduct credit control for supplier invoices and client accounts
Execute general administrative duties related to finance and office operations
Provide professional and friendly communication
