Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our construction company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. Your exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and strong attention to detail will contribute to our overall efficiency and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain records and databases accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist in the coordination of project-related activities, such as gathering and organizing project documentation, tracking project timelines, and providing administrative support to project teams.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of bid packages, contracts, and other construction-related documents.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment, including managing filing systems and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative support and assistance to various departments within the company as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
