Office Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- **Office Management**: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- **Customer Service**: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about our products, and assist with order processing.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Team Collaboration**: Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an office administration or similar role **is highly desirable.**
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- **Personality**: Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
