We are excited to be partnering with a leading Facilities Management company in Warrenpoint to find a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking abilities to excel in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all company vehicles, including registration, insurance and MOT history. You will also be required to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in managing programming of Engineers and sub-contractors, handling telephone enquiries and scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system.

This role requires a technical knowledge of maintenance in a social housing context, upholding Data Protection Policies and general office duties.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with experience within a similar role who is computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a busy office environment, providing exceptional support to the team.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package.
