Job Title: Senior Administrative Officer

Description:

This permanent, part-time role is an exciting opportunity to support the Governing Body of a leading educational institution. As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Board's activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and schedule meetings, including drafting agendas and distributing papers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman and Governing Body, including advice on appointments and governance matters.
  • Maintain governance records and publish meeting papers on the College website.

Requirements:

  • Degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade A*-C) or Essential Skills Level 2.
  • 2+ years' experience in a secretarial role supporting a Board or Senior Management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Salary: £30,296 - £33,945 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours).
