Financial Operations Coordinator

At Morton Distribution Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and administration who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions efficiently using Xero Accounting Software (or similar software, e.g., SAGE 50). You will also handle VAT compliance and processing accurately, conduct credit control for supplier invoices and client accounts, and execute general administrative duties related to finance and office operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proficiency in Xero or SAGE Line 50 accounting software, strong IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team is also essential.
