**Job description - Operations Coordinator**
Around Noon is a family business founded in 1989. Today we manufacture and deliver an extensive range of high-quality sandwiches, snacks, salads, juices, and bakery products, daily.
Around Noon Print joined the group in 2020 to support the groups growth plans and bring more control in-house for our customers across UK & Ireland. We manufacture all our own labelling for the business onsite whilst producing 250,000 labelled products a week for the group.
**1.** **Job Title**: Operations Coordinator
**2.** **Reports to**:Senior Scheduler
**3.** **Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities (Job Duties and Tasks)**
- Answering inbound calls and providing information
- Making outbound calls where required
- Purchase orders, stock control and other ad-hoc duties around scheduling duties
- Liaise with all departments within the business
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining financial and client records.
- Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
**4.** **Personal Specification**
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Pro-active attitude
- IT skills to include Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word desirable but not essential
- Accurate data entry skills
- Positive & motivated person with a real desire to grow with the company
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
- Ability to Multitask
- Sage Line 200 administration & reconciliation
Placing orders with suppliers

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
**Salary**: £13.50 per hour.
