Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to lead and implement our internal and external communications strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key messages, tracking and monitoring expenditure, and strengthening our brand image within the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications Strategy Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with our company goals and objectives.
    • Establish and follow an implementation plan to ensure successful execution.
  • Product Communications
    • Develop the product marketing strategy and relevant associated tools for B2B commercial development.
    • Identify relevant communication channels in key markets for Tropic and its products.
    • Establish and implement key communication messages and topics aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Internal Communications
    • Establish a culture and practice of internal communication that builds a common team spirit within the company.
    • Develop a clear and simple internal communication strategy and platform for employees.
Requirements
  • Core Knowledge
    • Proven track record working as a Marketing and Communications professional who has led and implemented organization communication strategies.
    • Internal and external communications experience.
    • Establishment, implementation, and management of a communications strategy.
    • Development and management of Product Marketing.
    • Stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate and influence discussions to achieve an effective outcome.
  • Job Knowledge
    • Implementation of Digital communication tools.
    • Management of external collaborators and team members.
  • Desirable Experience
    • Formal qualification in Marketing and Communications.
    • Experience in the Life Sciences or Bio-tech industry.
    • Experience within a start-up or growth environment.
