About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Team Manager to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational management and clinical/managerial supervision of our professional staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources to meet the needs of service users and carers.
  • Clinical/Managerial Supervision: Provide supervision to professional staff in line with trust values, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and Trust Policies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure a high standard of care is maintained by adhering to standard operating procedures, protocols, and pathways.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate work within the team to optimize resource utilization and service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the team's performance and contribution to the Trust's overall objectives.
  • Professional Governance: Provide strong leadership and governance within your area of responsibility, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered.
  • Experience: Able to demonstrate experience at a senior clinical level including staff management/supervision experience, experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team, evidence of providing leadership in a Mental Health care environment including service development, experience with risk assessment and ongoing management, and mentoring experience.
  • Other: Ability to travel.
