We are thrilled to announce an opportunity within the Business Support team as we implement our Living Well Offer. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Wellbeing Coordinator to become a vital part of the Mental Health division within Adults Social Services. This role is centered around customer service, requiring the delivery of comprehensive administrative and support functions directly to the Operational Teams and the individuals they assist.

As the Community Wellbeing Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact, engaging with a diverse array of Stakeholders, Partners, and Clients. Therefore, exceptional communication skills are essential. This position is highly varied, involving daily responsibilities such as sourcing funding opportunities or community initiatives, documenting meeting minutes, assisting with property protection requirements under the Care Act, processing invoices, managing phone inquiries, and coordinating food distribution.

Additionally, you will be required to conduct visits to support the operational team, necessitating a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. The Living Well framework aims to integrate our vision of empowering individuals to be self-sufficient, resilient, and thriving within their communities. The role of Community Wellbeing Coordinator is crucial to achieving our goals, and you will be engaged in managing multiple priorities.
