Job Title: Adult Wellbeing Officer

Job Summary:

The Adult Wellbeing Officer will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of Norwich City FC fans by providing access to a range of programmes, interventions, and signposted provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with Fans: Develop and maintain relationships with fans to educate them about health and wellbeing opportunities available to them.
  2. Deliver Workshops and Sessions: Carry out workshops and provide one-to-one sessions to support fans' individual development and promote informed decision-making around their health and wellbeing.
  3. Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with fan groups and community stakeholders to promote health and wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience of supporting young people or adults with wellbeing or health-related issues in a one-to-one setting.
  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
  3. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with fan groups and community stakeholders.
  4. Organizational Skills: Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops, drop-in sessions, and large engagement events.
  5. Passion for Health and Wellbeing: Passionate about promoting health and wellbeing within the community.
  6. Driving License: Possession of a driving license.
