As a valued member of the Sales Team at Recra Consulting, this Sales Administrator & Customer Service Professional will play a vital role in overseeing the sales and order cycles. We are seeking an organized and highly motivated individual to coordinate and interact with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. Collaboration with other departments to handle inquiries, process orders, and provide outstanding support will be essential.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus. Previous experience in a business-to-business customer service role is preferred, along with proficiency in numeracy and literacy. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail is also crucial.

This role requires someone who is highly organized with excellent administrative skills, able to build effective internal and external partnerships. Proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite is necessary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting customer discovery, managing and responding promptly to inquiries from external customers, and assisting the sales team in reviewing and managing the sales pipeline.
