Sales Team Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing sales orders, and collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
- Assist in generating sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate promotions and campaigns.
- Support the organisation and logistics of sales meetings, events, and customer visits.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team when required.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or office administration role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Friendly and customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

We offer a salary range of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum for this exciting opportunity.
