We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales team towards exceptional performance and surpass targets. As a key member of our team, you will lead, motivate, and coach a group of sales professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes.
About the Role- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives to drive success.
- Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements.
- Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members.

Requirements- Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position with a focus on driving sales growth.
- Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
- Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- Driven by results, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- An estimated salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £60 - £65K) depending on experience.
