Job Summary
Paul Mitchell Associates is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to manage and lead a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership or management and be adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
• Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
Requirements
• Proven track record in sales leadership or management
• Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets
• Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Benefits
• Base salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE+ commission. (OTE £60 - £65K)
