Part Time Administrator Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part Time Administrator to join our team at Ascendant Recruitment. As a Part Time Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our business heads, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to line managers, including travel arrangements, expense processing, and ad hoc requests.
- Manage diaries, provide necessary information ahead of meetings, and read and act upon correspondence.
- Absence and holiday administration for direct reports, maintenance of filing systems, and order IT equipment and stationery.
- Meeting room administration, general administration in support of ad hoc functional project work, and management of events and activities for the management team.
- Preparation of key documents, including detailed word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Strong organization skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good time management skills, pro-active approach, and flexible attitude with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Strong co-operation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
