Job Title: Part Time Administration Assistant - Fixed TermJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our busy team within our Truck & Trailer business on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service, act as receptionist, handle post and emails, raise invoices, and perform general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Acting as a receptionist for visiting company personnel, drivers, and customers
- Opening, sorting, and distributing all post and emails received, and preparing outgoing mail
- Raising invoices in a timely manner
- Performing other general administrative duties as required
- Confident communication skills with excellent telephone manner
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in PC software
- Able to work well under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently
- The ability to demonstrate the right to work in the UK
- A clean driving license is highly desirable but not essential
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can thrive in an evolving environment. Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution, or transport would be advantageous but not necessary.
Estimated Salary:We estimate the salary for this role to be around £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
