At Alliance Automotive Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Credits and Returns department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless credit and return processes for our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for intercepting unmatched credits, reviewing reasons behind bounce backs, and escalating ongoing issues to the department manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Intercepting unmatched credits and reviewing reasons behind bounce backs
  • Escalating ongoing issues to the department manager
  • Collaborating with suppliers to resolve handling charges and carriage charges
  • Reviewing and coding reasons behind bounce backs
  • Passing on tasks to the Branch Manager as required

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MAM and Autopart or similar
  • Purchase Ledger experience would be preferable
  • Credits and Returns processes would be preferable
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with impeccable attention to detail
