Administrative Coordinator

At Alliance Automotive Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for intercepting unmatched credits, reviewing reasons behind bounce backs, and challenging suppliers on handling charges and carriage charges.
Key Responsibilities:
- To intercept unmatched credits and review reasons behind bounce backs
- To challenge suppliers on handling charges and carriage charges
- To match credit notes to return notes and clear from the system
- To review and challenge supplier rejections and warranty claims
- To notify Branch Managers of stock adjustments to be made
- To escalate ongoing or severe issues to the Department Manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MAM and Autopart or similar systems
- Purchase Ledger experience would be preferable
- Credits and Returns processes would be preferable
- Strong written and verbal skills, with impeccable attention to detail
