At Alliance Automotive Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for intercepting unmatched credits, reviewing reasons behind bounce backs, and escalating ongoing issues to the department manager.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MAM and Autopart or similar, as well as purchase ledger experience. Strong written and verbal skills, computer literacy in Microsoft packages, and impeccable attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • To intercept unmatched credits and review reasons behind bounce backs
  • To challenge suppliers on handling charges, carriage charges, rejections, and warranty claims
  • To action solutions if no further investigation is required
  • To pass on to Branch Managers if a response is required that will require authorisation by RMD
  • To notify Branch Managers of stock adjustments to be made
  • To escalate ongoing or severe issues to the department manager

Desired requirements:

  • Knowledge of MAM and Autopart or similar
  • Purchase Ledger experience would be preferable
  • Credits and Returns processes would be preferable
  • Returns to supplier knowledge would be preferable
  • Strong written and verbal skills, computer literacy in Microsoft packages, and impeccable attention to detail
