Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Global Services leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage complex schedules, calendars, logistics, and support materials for daily operational activities and business meetings
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for various meetings
  • Manage meeting set up, catering requests, and handle incoming inquiries
  • Assist with expense reports, event planning, and vendor management
  • Provide back-up support to Executive Assistant when needed
  • Uphold F5's Business Code of Ethics and report any violations promptly
