Job Title: Part Time Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part Time Administrator to join our team at Ascendant Recruitment. As a Part Time Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our business heads, including diary management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to line managers and wider teams as needed.
- Read and act upon correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Manage day-to-day diaries, providing necessary information ahead of meetings.
- Administer absence and holiday for direct reports.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and manual.
- Order IT equipment, stationery, and other supplies.
- Manage meeting room administration for Brand/Function meeting rooms.
- Support ad-hoc functional project work.
- Organize events and activities for the management team.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good time management skills.
- Pro-active approach.
- Flexible attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong co-operation.
