Job Title: Part Time Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part Time Administrator to join our team at Ascendant Recruitment. As a Part Time Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our business heads, including diary management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to line managers and wider teams as needed.
  • Read and act upon correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Manage day-to-day diaries, providing necessary information ahead of meetings.
  • Administer absence and holiday for direct reports.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and manual.
  • Order IT equipment, stationery, and other supplies.
  • Manage meeting room administration for Brand/Function meeting rooms.
  • Support ad-hoc functional project work.
  • Organize events and activities for the management team.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Pro-active approach.
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong co-operation.
