Are you a skilled administrator looking for a part-time opportunity in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business?

Truck & Trailer is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will work 9.00am - 2.00pm, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the business.

The role involves providing high-quality customer service to our truck and trailer businesses, acting as a receptionist for visiting personnel, drivers, and customers, and performing a range of administrative tasks including opening and sorting post, preparing outgoing mail, and raising invoices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent telephone manner, have strong administrative skills, and be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and have a clean driving license.

Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution, or transport would be advantageous, but is not essential.
