Job Description

Ascendant Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Administrator to support one of their business heads. The successful candidate will provide proactive administration, including diary management, and be highly proficient at Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to line manager and wider team as needed
  • Read and act upon correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Day-to-day diary management, providing necessary information ahead of meetings
  • Absence and holiday administration for direct reports
  • Maintenance of filing systems, electronic and manual
  • Order IT equipment, stationery, and other supplies
  • Meeting room administration for Brand/Function meeting rooms
  • General administration in support of ad hoc functional project work
  • Manage and organise events and activities for the management team

  • Pro-active approach
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel
