We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic outreach, develop and present compelling proposals, and close high-value agreements with clients in Germany.

About the Role
  • Pursue new business opportunities in the German region using strategic techniques.
  • Develop innovative solutions that address client challenges by collaborating with internal departments.
  • Nurture client partnerships to drive upsells and adoption of new products.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasts and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken).
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering performance-driven campaigns on a CPC basis.
  • Detailed understanding of the German market and its dynamics.
  • Presentation and communication skills to articulate client needs and solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to contributing to a positive culture.

The estimated salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
