About the Role

The Strategic Growth Lead will be responsible for maximising client profitability by ensuring best proposals are delivered. This involves planning and preparing pitch meetings, coaching partners and lawyers in rehearsals, and monitoring results to obtain feedback and provide additional support on pitches.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching for delivery of pitch meetings, demonstrable end-to-end pitch management experience, and business development experience in professional services. A track record of leading high-value strategic or panel pitches is also essential.
