Strategic Business Growth Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Lead to spearhead expansion and growth across the Southern UK region.
Your key objectives will include elevating Conduit Construction Network Ltd's (CCN) profile, securing project sales opportunities, and fostering lasting relationships with influential stakeholders in architecture, construction, and design sectors.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS.
- UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND DEVELOP COMPelling VALUE PROPOSITIONS.
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE PLANS TO ACHIEVE REVENUE AND MARKET EXPANSION GOALS.
- IDENTIFY AND SECURE NEW PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES.
- ALIGN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES WITH OVERALL COMPANY OBJECTIVES.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES, OR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, IDEALLY IN CONSTRUCTION, ARCHITECTURE, OR DESIGN INDUSTRIES.
- STRONG RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING SKILLS ACROSS DIVERSE STAKEHOLDERS.
- STRATEGIC THINKER WITH A RESULTS-ORIENTED MINDSET.
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATIVELY TO ACHIEVE GOALS.
- A CUSTOMIZED SALARY PACKAGE OF £60,000 - £80,000 + 20,000 CAR ALLOWANCE & QUARTERLY BONUS SCHEME.
