About Zest Optical

Zest Optical is a leading manufacturer of Ophthalmic Lenses. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the independent optical market across London.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and generating new business opportunities. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think critically and strategically, and have the ability to execute plans effectively.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue
  • Maintain existing business relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales plans

Business Development Manager Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Optical field sales
  • An ability to work on their own initiative to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
