Positive Behaviour Support Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Lead to join our team at Fernhill Court on a one-year fixed-term contract.
As a Positive Behaviour Support Lead, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs who display behaviours that challenge.
Every individual has their own self-contained flat, and our service aims to provide a supportive environment that promotes independence and personal growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing behaviour support plans to promote positive behaviours
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to service users
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
Fernhill Court is a large service with a strong focus on providing high-quality support to our service users.
