Role Overview

A Customer Team Leader plays a vital role in leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and efficient store environment.

We're seeking a motivated and organized individual to drive sales growth, manage stock accuracy, and lead by example to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and developing the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing stock levels, conducting stock takes, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Providing excellent customer service, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly
  • Deputising for the Store Manager and supporting with HR processes, including recruitment and performance management
  • Implementing new products and services, maintaining displays, and promoting Co-op offers and promotions
  • Building relationships with local suppliers, community groups, and stakeholders to enhance the store's reputation and customer engagement
