Role Responsibility

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager in their goals to deliver commercial growth and develop a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.
You will lead the way for our store teams, not only in the absence of the Store Manager but also in leading the team to deliver great standards and exceptional service every day.
