Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver year-end accounts to residents in a timely fashion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to department productivity metrics.
  • Carry out transactions to maintain a smooth accounting process for accounts, resolving any issues that may arise to provide a quality service to customers.
  • Liaise effectively with auditors to deliver a seamless audit process and achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • Take ownership of your development, contributing positively to the team through innovative ideas, tested processes, or feedback from colleagues and external parties.

As a Senior Financial Analyst in FirstPort's Residential Property Sector, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial services to our customers. With a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, you will work closely with the Service Charge Accounting Team Leader to ensure the successful delivery of year-end accounts.
