Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Office Support staff and temporary office staff.
- Process and manage invoices, including credit control and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, including answering calls, taking messages, and managing visitor flow.
- Process I-fulfilment orders, including tours, walk-ins, telephone, and email orders.
- Arrange maintenance and service for various systems within the company.
- Manage courier services and stock management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office-based role, preferably as an Office Manager.
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office.
- English and Maths GCSE at 'C' or above.
- Knowledge of financial principles, invoicing, and purchase orders.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift 25kgs.
- First Aid certification and forklift ticket are advantageous.
- Experience in health and safety and fire risk management is desirable.
- Valid driving licence and own transport due to the rural location.
