Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Office Support staff and temporary office staff.
  • Process and manage invoices, including credit control and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, including answering calls, taking messages, and managing visitor flow.
  • Process I-fulfilment orders, including tours, walk-ins, telephone, and email orders.
  • Arrange maintenance and service for various systems within the company.
  • Manage courier services and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office-based role, preferably as an Office Manager.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • English and Maths GCSE at 'C' or above.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lift 25kgs.
  • First Aid certification and forklift ticket are advantageous.
  • Experience in health and safety and fire risk management is desirable.
  • Valid driving licence and own transport due to the rural location.
