We are seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Portman Dental Care group in New Milton, United Kingdom.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Coordinate appointments and events with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage mail and packages in a secure and timely manner.
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills with ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
