About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Coordinate appointments and events with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage mail and packages in a secure and timely manner.
  • Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills with ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
